Exercise gives you an instant face lift (short term) and tones your facial muscles long term as well. It is a main contributor to your attractiveness even if only facial features are concerned.
An important thing to remember is that as you age, if you lose weight very fast, your skin will have less elasticity and your skin may wrinkle, making you appear older. One of the reasons for that is that your skin doesn't have that level of of collagen content which withstood the test of drastic diets and starvation before. Therefore, exercise becomes even more important in your weight loss journey, so that it can work the muscles which can maintain tone in your face and prevent sagging.
