:-The people died during pilgrimage, the news reached their families. They cried and cried , only to console themselves in the end that those people who were taken away in the holy place of God were indeed, the chosen ones and heaven was waiting for them. Children with brazen eyes were hugged and told that their parents were martyrs. Everyone bowed in front of God in surrender. There were recitations in God's name for weeks to follow.
There were calls from the people who had managed to escape the tragic stampede . When the news reached their families the first words that came out of their mouths were 'Allah tera shukar'. And God was thanked day and night until their loved ones returned to them.
:-She won the contest and was blown out of her mind. Her heart was filled with warmth of gratitude for the God who had made her wish come true. Standing alongside her, the other girl could hardly hold back her tears. She had worked so hard but in the end she could not win. But it was only a matter of time before she connected to the God inside her heart. God was waiting to encompass her in comfort and It was not long before she settled on the thought that there must have been something good for her in not winning.
:-He looked around in scrutiny and chose a target place. He wanted to exterminate all these non-believers today. He opened his jacket and shouted Allah o Akbar. A policeman looking at him from a distance made a run for him and cried 'Allah o Akbar'. Both were sure they were going to heaven. God was there for both of them.

God was really present everywhere. He was the most disagreed upon 'concept' and the most sought-after saviour. He was present as a balm to emotions when things were unexplainable or did not make sense. Only He made sense when people wanted to conclude their grief. He was present as someone people could load their gratitude on. He was present as someone they could ask for help when they could ask no one to help. He was there whenever humans needed a rescue from their emotions.
God was popular because He was not a question for people, He was an answer. He was the last missing piece of puzzle.
