Fat Life

Reasons you are stuck where you are :

You are fat.

You think you are fat.

You think your pictures come fat.

I will have no bulge next time I am trying clothes, you decide in the try room.

You have a muffin top in your new jeans.

You postpone your jeans shopping because you are waiting to get into a smaller size.

You don't take the compliments people pay you to heart because you know you have a muffin top.

You think you are absolutely hot without a muffin top.

You work out to get rid of the muffin top and love handles, but can't miss out on the pizza, burger and pasta.

You can't break this cycle of eating pizza. burger. pasta and working out some more, and eating some more.

You dream of an ideal body. But they remain what they are, dreams. Because you can't break this cycle.

You refuse to eat a hearty breakfast each day because you want to start healthy. Today of all the days is going to be THE day. But as the energy levels kick low, so does your motivation.

You have an event coming up, and you will eat today because it's still a week away and a crash diet will help you lose 10 pounds in a week ( General Motor diet plan)

You fail to comply with the crash diet, the first day, or the night of the first day.
You are listening to 'You are amazing, just the way you are' on the second day.

When the time comes to choose, you will choose to eat a delicious, calorie laden treat with a good movie in the comfort of your cosy couch/bed over...well, over almost everything.

You would hate to be judged for being overweight, but you would love to be judged for the fitness that you have, when you have it.

You decide that it's going to be your last careless meal.
Your magical weight loss will start from 12 o clock. a nice even number.
Or tomorrow morning.
Or next monday, right after this weekend.
Or from the 1st of the first month.

You have a flashback from last year and you are reminded of the similar resolutions around the same time of the year, but you are...still fat.
