My simple logic.

My take on the people who tell me to 'study the scriptures in more detail' to avoid 'kaafirana* views'

My logic in life is pretty simple . According to me life is something that is an individual's own business. Everyone has to know his limits to exist in mutual harmony with the world. The things which trigger my anger are very obvious too. I am not going to like it very much if someone makes judgments on who is going to heaven, who is not. People's inability to respect the fact that not every one believes in the same things as they do is both startling for me and really bothersome too. I am not going to approve of your bias against any sect, religion or nationality. I am not going to think that the disfigured children are 'Allah ka azab'' (punishment from God) . I am not going to accept your ideas about girls dancing in a pub or illegitimate relationships resulting into an earthquake. I believe no one should be hated for these things in his personal life that do not harm any other individual. By being tolerant of it , I do not endorse this attitude which is mostly self-destructive in my opinion, yet i strongly assert that no one is worthy of condemnation by society for doing these things.
You do not believe in freedom of expression if you are going to declare anyone wrong just for taking a different course of thinking from you without ever resorting to logic.
Ninety out of hundred times i get attacked personally for very non-personal opinions about the ways of this world. I say lets realize our priorities, a general consensus is not required about how a woman should dress or behave. But it is required in all its impact and severity against the crimes like murder , rape and corruption with due allotment of hatred towards the perpetrator. The picture here is totally opposite. I promote a picture saying 'freedom for all women to choose the way they dress' and i get attacked with verses from your holy books. I promote a picture of a criminal who shot the person he was supposed to guard with more than 20 rounds of bullets ( Mumtaz Qadri) and some of you come forward and hail him as a hero. I am still attacked with holy book references though and this time it bothers me. If a religion takes a different opinion against mine about dress code, i can respect it. But If there are second opinions about a murderer i am going to say what the hell and i am going to say it very loud.
