If
life doesn't stop when you are sad, it does speed up when you are
happy. ( excuse the inaccuracy from a physicist's point of view) Its
like waking up every day and not identifying with the world, and so many
'limits' it has set upon you, so many illogical restrictions you dare
to question about and challenge. At some point the world may have you feeling like an out-cast. Your vision gets cloudy and it gets tougher to stand up to the people each day.
Then one day someone comes,
who GETS that. who GETS your need to be the person you are. who RESPECTS
you for it and who LEARNS from it.
Then we become lucky.
And walk on with pride, knowing that no matter what ANYONE says to you
now , its not going to hurt you at all. Because you are emotionally so
full with someone's love and hence, the positive thoughts. that you
don't have it in yourself to care. Life becomes liveable and your dreams
suddenly don't look that far fetched.
You believe you could one day shop in Paris.
Or sleep to the gentle rocking of a boat in Venice.
Or get high on a hash brownie.
Dance to Opera, get drunk on red wine.
float in beautiful silk gowns on a carpet of your choice.
Or do the stuff considered nice
It becomes easier to smile and our smiles become more natural
That is the day you feel a change has taken birth inside us. Through someone who doesn't only make you believe in romance you thought silly, but also validates your judgement of things, clearing out your vision, making you stronger.
Dreams, for the most part start defining out life and it's good 'cause dreams..are beautiful
these things don't happen in real life. in real life you have to learn to compromise even with the people who GET it. thats the only thing that can get u going.
ReplyDeleteNo firefly. Such people do exist and such things do happen. But haven't you heard that thing about girls always falling for the bad guys 'cause they're more game. This is true. There are people who get it, respect us, KNOW us, respect our decisions even when it is unfair to them but these people we get bored of , or do not notice in the first place as Zee says.
Deleteit sounds so beautifully magical at first, but I guess when you meet someone who accepts you as who you are, and never complains about anything, life becomes just TOO good. and you slowly get bored of it. sounds bi***y but it's true. I guess a perfect life would be one where two people fight on the things they don't like, there are sparks and fires, and then at the end they hug each other and laugh like silly. A TOO peaceful life sounds like death
ReplyDeleteYou're right in a way.
DeleteBut that again, is your own preference. The way you like things, life with its ups and downs , not at the calm static of a relationship.
When we can have a smooth way through life, we prefer the bumpy ride and it's understandable because some people are made with a touch of wildness.
This is how the very nice people get taken for granted.
